Had a technician come out just now to service a dishwasher - probably about an hour or two after I called! Crazy fast. Tech came in, diagnosed my issue and got to work immediately - even took the time to explain how I could prevent the drain issue myself in the future. Extremely professional and friendly.
And if it matters to you, the tech wore a mask the entire time - clearly taking COVID regulations seriously, which I greatly appreciated.
If you're looking for appliance repair, I couldn't recommend this place more. Out of 4 or 5 calls I made this morning they were the only ones to pick up, let alone come out to my place in an hour or two.
